- Vehicle details, controller part number and hardware/software identification.
- The exact mileage stored in the original file and the requested actual mileage, both in kilometres.
- Reason for correction and supporting repair or replacement information. Do not estimate the original reading.
How we carry out the service
We inspect your request and original files, confirm compatibility and the agreed work, then prepare the result manually. This page does not process files or guarantee an automatic result.
Keep an untouched backup. Work must be authorized and the returned file must be checked with suitable professional equipment before the vehicle is returned to service.
