Exact mileage stored in the ORIGINAL file I do not know — request review before processingRequested actual mileage I do not know — request review before processingUnitReason

Provide the exact old reading from this original file, not an estimate. Unknown values can be submitted for review but must be clarified before processing.

One file, up to 20 MB. Dashboard pilot enquiries may be submitted with unknown details; the original read, exact readings, unit and documented purpose must be confirmed before processing. Other mileage services retain their required original-file and kilometre fields. Work is performed manually by the Digisoft team. Submitting saves a request and may open a prepared WhatsApp message; it does not send that WhatsApp message automatically.
